If you are reading this, you might be trying to find a hosting provider to host a website. This might be for a business or a personal blog. But which is better, Siteground or Dreamhost?
Abstract/Summary:
DreamHost is the better option for people looking for a cheaper hosting provider for a personal project.
Siteground is a better option for people ready to invest a large sum of money for their business/personal projects.
Hosting Comparison graph:
The comparison graph below compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two hosting providers, Siteground and Dreamhost.

Winner: Siteground🥳
Cost Comparison
Here you can observe the differences between Dreamhost’s and Siteground’s pricing. You can notice a big gap between the two.

On first sight, they do look similar. But if you pay close attention, you can see that you will get a big surprise when your plan renews.
Both Siteground and Dreamhost want to make their price seem low, but the actual costs are $19-49 for Siteground monthly and $4.4 – 6.6 for Dreamhost.
So Siteground is actually more expensive than Dreamhost by a lot. Siteground just tricked you into believing that they are cheaper. However, in Siteground’s defence, you do get some extra features that Dreamhost does not provide, like white-labelled clients.
Winner: Dreamhost
Conclusion
Now to the final question, which hosting provider is better? Well, that is a hard question to answer. Some might think Dreamhost is better, while others believe Siteground is better. You won’t go wrong using either hosting provider. It really depends on what you need.
Those who want a budget hosting provider should go to Dreamhost.
Those who want to use a hosting provider for business should consider Siteground.
Thanks for your time! 🙂
